STICKMAN ARMY THE RESISTANCE — Review + Tips & Tricks:
Hold the line or watch it crumble. This is lane-based defense where split-second calls and smart spending beat brute force. You start with a modest tower, a few recruits, and waves that look tame—right up until ranged harassers, sprinters, and chunky bruisers sync up and blow past a sloppy setup. It’s part puzzle, part panic, and all about placing the right unit in the right slot at the right time.
How it plays
Each round dumps a new mix of enemies down multiple lanes. You’ll drop troops, upgrade turrets, and trigger actives to stall the push before it touches your tower’s HP. Resources are tight, so overbuying early leaves you broke when elites show up. The trick is sculpting a kill zone: slows at the pinch, splash just past the bend, single-target DPS where paths double back so hits land twice as long.
Upgrades that actually matter
• Frontliners buy time; don’t level them for damage, level them for stall.
• Turrets are your carry—prioritize fire rate, then damage, then range.
• Utilities (mines, stuns, barricades) are for mixed waves—use them when fast + tanky spawn together.
Reading the waves
Fast runners punish greedy econ, shield carriers punish unfocused damage, and glass cannons punish late targeting. Scan the preview, pre-position counters, and keep a little cash floating—react money beats a perfect plan that can’t pivot. If a lane snowballs, sell and shift rather than doubling down on a lost fight; saving the tower > saving sunk cost.
Battlefield tips
• Stack slows before corners; put splash after corners to maximize dwell time.
• Don’t mirror builds in every lane—hard focus two and kite stragglers into them.
• Fire actives early on boss waves to keep DPS uptime; saving them for “emergencies” is how emergencies happen.
• If you’re torn between upgrades, pick attack speed—it scales every other stat.
Why it sticks
Rounds are short, decisions are loud, and wins feel earned. The minimalist stick style keeps hitboxes clear, so mistakes read cleanly: “should’ve stunned sooner,” “upgraded the wrong lane,” “forgot a slow at the bend.” Fix the note, queue the next wave, get better.
